   The worst experience in NY by far!!!! I made a reservation 2 months ago to have lunch here with my family including my mother who’s 85. Just the night before, the restaurant owner decided to cancel our reservation without any explanation. Finally, we made two new reservations and it seemed ok. We were coming from a morning excursion that was late due to the traffic so we called the restaurant twice to let them know we were late. When we arrived, the owner looked at me over his shoulder (like forgiving us our life) and said we didn’t deserve anything because we were late. We had no option as it was 3.30pm and we were a big group. So finally he seated us in a nearby restaurant (that was also his) which was awfully hot and smelly. And the owner repeated/threatened me twice that we had to consume a lot and buy wine. Finally we had a short lunch, with very average food and incredibly expensive. The only positive note was the rest of personnel who tried to help us and I swear they looked ashamed of their boss’s behaviour. I don’t like giving but feedback, but this was a good try to ruin our trip.

   Excellent experience. Delicious Neapolitan pizza. Amazing dough/crust. The SWEETEST server - kind, welcoming, and attentive. So glad we ignored previous accounts of experiences. Whatever was going on there in the past is not happening now. Just delicious pizza and great service. Highly recommend.

   Food was very good. Service was friendly but none of the drinks, including soft drinks and alcoholic, arrived until food was half eaten. Good location in Dumbo near bridge.

   We stoped for lunch with no one expectations and we found true Italian amazing pizza and pasta

   The food was really nice but we didn’t enjoy it because the Air Con was not working (95F outside) and the music way too loud. We had a reservation ans they didn’t bother to warn us they had problems with the AC.

   Had a toddler in our group but restaurant had no high chair or booster seat. The pizzas were all with excessively burned crust. The waiter had a hard time understanding our questions and was unfriendly and quite rude when we expressed that one of the pizzas was not per our order.

   The owners, managers and staff are extremely rude and pushy. They are also super racist. If you’re Mexican (like me), black Indian, or just anything other than white, you are going to be treated horribly. Take a look at other reviews via Google - the owner responds very unprofessional to customers who leave bad reviews. Also, they charge over $6 for a soda. The food is disgusting and cold. Stay away at all costs!

   Would not recommend. We were the only table there for awhile and the service was quite bad. Once it filled up we realized the ambiance and food were also quite bad.

   Terrible service. It was empty on a Saturday night and eventually we found out why. The server barely acknowledged us all night. We had to wait 20 minutes to get water, he took our menus away before asking for food, charged us wrong, etc.

    The food was good. But the service was a disaster. We were 9 and all of us were obliged to order meals and beverages. One of the meals arrived 20 minutes later than the others and we had to leave 22% of the tip instead of 20% for a service that was not worth it. I do not recommend this place.
