La Spiga ha sido reconocida desde 1998 por su auténtica gastronomía del norte de Italia, un homenaje culinario a la región italiana de Emilia-Romaña. La chef y cofundadora de La Spiga, Sabrina Tinsley, prepara todos los productos a partir de cero, utilizando alimentos integrales y caldos caseros. En la cocina nunca se utilizan potenciadores de alimentos artificiales o químicos. Lo que sí se usa es aceite de oliva de la mejor calidad, quesos y embutidos deliciosos, verduras de temporada, sabrosas salsas, pastas caseras y mucho más. En La Spiga se apuesta por la producción local, ecológica y sostenible y se utiliza carne sin hormonas ni antibióticos. También se ofrecen diversos productos veganos, vegetarianos, sin gluten y sin lactosa para personas con necesidades nutricionales específicas.
¡Te encantará el ambiente tanto como la comida! El establecimiento se encuentra en el edificio Piston & Ring ingeniosamente renovado. Su diseño rural y elegante es lo suficientemente acogedor para la familia, pero lo bastante fría para una cita.
