   You pay for the beautiful ambiance at this place. There are an overabundance of servers and hype for the lack of flavor in the food. The slaw was delicious, the Cheeseburger spring rolls were so so. The server asked how the service was in a bit of a desperate tone more than once. It was OK, I felt like we were being rushed and pestered from the moment we got there, but he did not ask for feedback...A confident service should not need to be verified. It just is good. I would dine here again and maybe try some other dishes...

   A fantastic experience, like every Susur Lee restaurant we've tried—but this might be the best one yet. The food is outstanding, beautifully presented, and every dish is so good you’ll want to order it again. Service is calm, professional, and thoughtful, with each dish explained so you can fully enjoy it. The ambiance is one of the best in Toronto—stylish, well-lit, and comfortable. Prices are mid to high, but unlike many high-end spots in the city, you actually get what you pay for: great food, great service, and a true dining experience. Chef Lee was there in person last night, taking time to speak with guests and take photos, which made our birthday celebration even more memorable. Definitely in our top 3 restaurants in Toronto.

   Had a lot of friends that highly recommended this place and it lived to my boyfriend and i’s expectations. Great ambient and chill atmosphere. Food was crazy good. If you’re not a big fan of salads, the slaw will make you start liking them! It was perfectly seasoned and had ingredients that you never thought could be combined with. We also had the cheeseburger springrolls which I thought were a bit messy to eat but super yummy. Lastly, we got the chicken curry which was very flavourful. Perfect amount for the two of us! Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall, a great experience.

   Perfect place in the city for a date night. The service and food were impeccable! Would definitely come back for more, especially for the Singaporean slaw!

    The food was good but for the price I was excited and expecting innovation or character and this was lacking. The cocktails we ordered though had unique flavours. The clientele was corporate, conventional, and not terribly interesting. Unfortunately for us, there was a rowdy group of 4 behind us that repeatedly made sounds like they were at a hockey game - and staff/management didn't do anything about it. If you are looking for fine Asian cuisine that also offers 'an experience,' I recommend Alma or Dailo.
