   We had the veal medallions, filet, rack of lamb and duck breast. All prepared nearly perfectly with very pleasing presentation on the plate. The filet was a very generous portion. All the beverages were prepared properly. We had wine by the glass (which was very good) and ;did not order from the extensive wine list. A sommelier is available to aid in your selection if that is what you prefer. Nice atmosphere outdoors as the weather is nearly perfect in the evening.

   Le Vallauris is our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs and we've eaten there may time. My go-to has always been the lamb. Unfortunately, last night our guest and I both ordered it and found it to be of poor quality. The meat was tough and not very flavorful. Fortunately, the night was not a loss and the rest of the meal including drinks and dessert was fantastic ... as was the service. We'll go back, but I probably won't order the lamb again.

   Truly an experience. Beautiful restaurant. Our wait staff was friendly, informed, and engaged. Excellent dining experience with delicious food. A favorite for us in Palm Springs.

   Our food was extremely delayed. Some of it was good, some of it was mediocre. They did comp us a dessert as an apology for the delay, but they didn't improve the service and the kept reminding us that they comped the desert. The food cared more about seeming rich and indulgent than being actually good. The chocolate souffle wasn't bad and my daughter's beef cheeks were quite good. My rack of lamb and potato was lacking in the most basic of seasonings: salt. The drinks were decent but not above average. The chocolate mouse lacked character beyond sweetness and being pretty. The ambiance in the courtyard is lovely..But looking like good food and a nice restaurant is only half of what we pay for. This felt more like a very good imitation of a good restaurant than a really worthwhile meal. I don't regret going, but I do wish they accomplished more than what I saw, and I can certainly get a better meal for the same price.

    Our waiter ignored us. I asked for a new waiter and was accommodated. Otherwise it was a nice experience.
