Was surprised at the quality of the Prime Rib. We were looking forward to a great Prime Rib from our past. 3 of us ordered the classic cut Prime Rib. All of us ordered Medium Rare. Server said it’s so tender you don’t need a steak knife it cuts with butter knife. Not even close. We all asked for steak knives after a few minutes of not being able to cut it. They brought us knives but meat still not easily cut. Server suggested changing it out for a medium which one if the guests did and he said still wasn’t tender. Maybe just bad cut that day not sure but disappointed

The food was amazing. The prime rib was perfect. Salad was yummy. Popover (Yorkshire Pudding) was awesome. Superlatives is the only way to describe the service (Jennefer & whole team), the food and wine.

Lawrys is a staple and very consistent and predictable. They were open early on Easter Sunday. So we went in, everything s was on point and tasting great. I do have 2 things I’d recommend thought that will make a huge difference. Our prime rib plates were actually cold, having a warm to hot plate would make such a difference as our last 3rd bites of the prime rib were literally just cold to the touch and mouth. And we had medium temp cuts. So, I’m not sure if that was a factor just cause it was so early in the day heated up yet. At a fine dining establishment, somethin that’s to be expected

Always a culinary delight. The food never disappoints. We have eaten at Lawry’s at least 20 times over the past 20 years and have been very pleased each time. We had the spinning bowl salad highly recommended. It has a very unique flavorful house dressing. Then of course you can’t go to Lawrys without having prime rib it’s my absolute favorite of any other restaurant out there. It comes with mashed potatoes and yummy gravy. Then we indulged in their warm toffee sticky dessert the best! If you don’t want an incredible dinner then don’t go here! :)
