   Always a pleasure to dine at L’Auberge. Our server, Eric, was our server, highly professional, knowledgeable, personable yet not intrusive. We enjoyed our meals, especially the dessert soufflés. Alex, the sommelier, is always helpful and attentive, and provides excellent guidance to try wines we might not otherwise choose. L’Auberge is a high-end dining experience, and one we enjoy every time we visit. Merci beaucoup!

   Our experience was stellar from start to finish. All 3 of us ordered from the Prix Fixe menu and we all got different appetizers and entrees. They were all delicious. The service was impeccable and we all appreciated that the dining area was quiet enough that we could converse easily.

   For us L'Auberge Chez Francois is in a different and not an every day visit for us. The place is superb in all aspects and highlighted on this visit by the outstanding service provided by David our server. He added meaningfully to our experience by his manner, knowledge, comments we request and suggestions. The meal was as expected super tasty and well presented. Our reservation for 5 included our 1 year old grand daughter. Whether planned or by chance our table was in a corner with windows on 2 sides overlooking the garden and could not have been a better choice. We were there for 3 1/2 wonderful hours of wonderful family conversation and thoroughly enjoyed the experience just as we have on other visits. All servers we'd had over the years have been fabulous and professional. But on this visit David was just perfect for us. Thank you Chez Francois for yet another perfect experience for our family.

   Another enjoyable meal in quiet, natural, and beautiful surroundings. We always enjoy the outstanding service we receive throughout the meal and the staff's helpfulness and attention to detail over the past 40 years. We also enjoy the relaxed pace of the meal and being able to enjoy everything to the last bite.

   Another enjoyable and delicious meal at L'Auberge Chez Francois. Staff friendly, service professional and courses executed seamlessly. Multiple course and food selections. Portions more than satisfying and mouth-watering. We always love visiting this romantic and pretty restaurant whether for a holiday celebration, family milestone or just a little getaway dinner - a favorite destination for close to 40 years with our first visit on Valentine's Day, 1986.

   The charm of this restaurant and its location in Great Falls can not be stressed enough. This is a fine dining establishment - no question about it. You are going to have the best of everything though. The best wait staff, the best hospitality, and the best food. L'Auberge has been at the top of the restaurant game for awhile in the NoVa area, and we had not been here to dine since before Covid. Easter brunch had outdoor seating and it was a lovely day! The service and food was on par. The beef in the Chateaubriand was requested at Med Rare for temperature, and was perfectly cooked. The chive crepe appetizer with a mince of mushrooms and herbs and topped with a truffle sauce was like buttah! All dishes were absolutely delicious. The portions are generous as well. The one thing to note for older, senior diners is if you dine upstairs in the main areas of the restaurant, there are 2 sets of stairs to descend where the bathrooms are located. However, there is a one-stall bathroom available on the main level for those unable to handle any stairs. The entrance to the parking lot is tight, so have patience there as well. It's one way in/out and some older diners are dropped off by the front doors so they don't have to walk on a gravel surface. This tends to block other cars from exiting/entering the lot so allow for a little extra time prior to any reservation for parking. We can't wait to return to L'Auberge for a lovely, future fine dining experience: c'est magnifique!
