   First time visiting Latitude 121... very polite staff, ambiance was nice. While my husband enjoyed his fish and chips, my lobster dish was very oily and not much taste to it. Our crispy calamari appetizer was good. We'd possibly go back again but I would try something else on the menu.

   The food was very overly salted. The onion soup was extremely salty and tasted like canned beef gravy that was left to cook too long. It was very very thick, not much liquid. The steak itself was delicious, very tender; however, it was smothered in salty beef gravy, very similar to the French onion soup, tasted like it was directly out of a can and then more salt was added. The Brussels sprouts were hard and so salty. Someone in the kitchen has a very heavy hand with the salt shaker. Maine blueberry ice cream was delicious!! Waiter was attentive and kind. Also, my husband ordered the mussels and they stank! Luckily he did not get sick!

   Visited during restaurant week to enjoy the special pricing. The grilled salmon was excellent. Service was competent and professional. Generous pours for the wine.

   The food was over priced. The menu didn't completely described the entree correctly. My husbands entree came with spinach covering his rice and he hates spinach. Was not on menu. My risotto with pancetta was all fat no pancetta. We had to sit and wait for each course. 2 hours for two people to eat. Will not be going back.

   We were a party of six adults for lunch. The waiter was fine, but disappeared and was difficult to find at times. When the food was served, 3 of us were served and the other 3 had to wait another 5 minutes . We encouraged those to eat while it was hot, but I hate when they do that. Wait until ALL the food is ready to go and serve everyone all at one time. I don't think that's alot to ask. This also happened with dessert. In addition, the restaurant was not busy at all. I had the lobster roll and it was all claw meat...yuck! For $18.00, it was totally a flop. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, nor will I visit it again.

   I was extremely disappointed with the service. I don't know if it was a bad night or a regular occurrence but will give it another try since I really enjoyed the food and ambiance. All of four of us ordered appetizers, one asked for no cheese on her salad (it came with cheese and was sent back), I asked for dressing on the side (it came with dressing and I said nothing), one person's appetizer never came ( it took over 5 minutes to find someone, not our waitress, to ask about the appetizer) when they finally did bring it no one apologized and one came out perfect. When we sat down a bottle of water was placed on the table for us to pour ourselves and we had to ask for bread. Two dinners came out and then again 5 minutes later the other two came. Which may have been the kitchen's fault. It is not what I expected from Latitudes. FInding our waitress was not an easy task at any time during our 2.5 hour stay. As I said the my salmon was delicious, as was my salad and dessert so I will give it another chance.

   Never received email confirmation from Open Table; 121 didn't know of reservation. Very long wait what finally was a delicious dish.

   This was our third visit. Our first 2 visits were 5 star but unfortunately I'm reviewing the third. The Sweet Heat Shrimp appetizer is an excellent choice. I had the White Marble Farm Pork Chops, excellent. My girl had the Swordfish and she loved it. Desert is always special. So now your wondering why "unfortunately​', well usually service is spot-on, this time however it was awful. We had a reservation and were seated promptly then forgotten. We watched people come in after us getting their appetizers and drink orders. Not even bread was brought over. We chatted and waited about 40 minutes and finally I got up and spoke to the maitre d. She was very embarrassed and did buy us our first round of cocktails. Service for he rest of the meal was still below what we were use to maybe it just an off night, we would definitely go there again and still recommend it to all our friends...

    Very nice nautical themed restaurant in a quaint village shopping center. Perfect for a walk after your meal.
