   We enjoyed our visit today. The two hostesses were kind and Martin was the best server. His assistant was efficient too. The manager stopped by and the celebration was special.

   Although I had a reservation I was not seated until 15 minutes after my reservation time. They sat us at a table that had not been cleaned so we asked the host who sat us if someone could clean it. We sat there and waited for someone to come but they never did so we left the restaurant.

   Easter brunch: staff were overwhelmed, and service was pretty much nonexistent. We had to scavenge for our own napkins, silverware and plates and track down a busser twice to get refills. It was cold on the patio. Although heaters were available, no one could get them lit. Food was okay, but prime rib was very overdone. When we finally talked to the manager, he was recalcitrant and defensive. He finally took a portion off the bill, but he was decidedly unpleasant and unapologetic. Our brunch took almost 3 hours. Three separate groups from the next table over got up and left, but we stuck it out. Easter brunch is a difficult service, but if you don’t have the staff to handle it, just don’t do it, or you risk creating a lot of ill will.

   We came here on Easter (which is a mistake to begin with) so they only have Easter Brunch menu, which is a 4 course set menu. Crab omelet and flan is very good. Service and atmosphere is great! I can tell waitress is kinda busy so services were somehow delayed. How come no regular menu? Set menu is extremely overpriced. 🤷

   Menu options were good for Easter Brunch. However, silverware was dirty and cup i had for water was dirty. Had something stuck on the rim. Had to get both exchanged. That really made me uncomfortable to eat. Food came and that definitely was excellent ! High five to the cooking crew. Service needs to be better. Server we had was not very sociable, forgot a salad (appetizer) for a member in my party. Not sure if i would be back.

    Terrible place to eat on Easter. I would like 50% of My money refunded. Everything was unexceptionable. My wife was very disappointed too. Female waiter, was stressed and when asked a question, she increased her eyes wide open, as if to say why are you botthering me. I've eaten here many times, and never encountered such bad customer service. Ricky Martin @ 714.642.8261. Ps. The wait was very long too.
