A lot of hard labour ensued to create their vision of showcasing the best qualities of a modern pub; seamlessly combining carefully sourced, sophisticated yet familiar food and drink in a welcoming authentic pub environment. The dome-shaped venue on the Hoe, aptly named The Dome, was designed by architect Tony Irish.
