The food and service were good, but the restaurant could use some more cleaning. The chairs were dirty and the tables were sticky.

I love 400 Gradi! They have the most authentic and tasty Italian food surrounded by the most beautiful aesthetic and great service.

Absolutely terrific. Service and food top notch. The cocktail & mocktail were a bit slow to come out and a meh overall. However, the innovation is there. Just missing the balance of ingredients. My Rodeo bliss was too sweet and not blended very well. But certainly worthy of a return. It was around 12:45 Friday afternoon so it wasn’t busy at all. Pretty solid establishment in the JW Marriott.

Great service. We were there for a business dinner. Food was fantastic!

A lovely setting, excellent food and very charming and professional service. Prices are about average for a high-end restaurant in Dallas.
