The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille has been celebrating Cape Cod's freshest catch for over 2 decades with its incredible dishes, relaxed atmosphere and our Famous Oysters from our Own Oyster Farm. The sashimi oysters on the half shell with yellowfin tuna sashimi and wasabi aioli and the fresh lobster quesadilla with melted cheese and chipotle mayo make tantalizing starters. From July 1st, 1957, there had been two owners of Pates, Cloyde Pate followed by the Gardner family of Chatham. Mr. Pate opened the doors to what would soon become one of Cape Cod’s most beloved restaurants.
