First time at Mercato. We were celebrating birthdays. We were welcomed in by a charming young woman and seated immediately. As my Grand Daughter and I were the first to arrive I had a few moments to speak with our server. Coincidentally this morning I looked at reviews and found that a previous customer had mentioned Allana as their server. So when she told me her name, I knew we were in good hands! We ordered mostly from the apps, which were delicious. Everything from the kitchen was hot and tasty. We tried the drink of the day, again delightful. I will definitely suggest Mercato in Canton CT as a new trendy choice for an amazing lunch! We even had food to take home. Thank you Allana for making our time so enjoyable!

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Millwrights in Simsbury. We started with oysters and foie gras, followed by a kale Caesar and ricotta ravioli—each dish beautifully prepared. The pork loin and black bass entrées were exceptional, both rich in flavor and perfectly executed. We concluded with the chocolate-covered caramel bar—a confection so exquisite, it unequivocally ranks among the top five desserts I’ve ever had. Special thanks to our server, Ron, whose gracious service and thoughtful recommendations elevated the entire experience. Millwrights is truly a gem. *The Mock-tail was delicious!
