    My wife and I drove an hour to Glen Rock Mill Inn primarily because of the reviews. This was our first visit. Service was excellent. Ambience was perfect. We had calamari for starters. I had the shrimp and oyster gumbo (wow) while my wife ordered her usual medium rare filet which arrived just shy of well done. How could this have happened? Yes the offer was made to replace the steak but hey , the mood of the evening was already tarnished. You only have one chance for a first impression

    Very happy that the new menu includes Mahi Mahi. It was delicious. I'll be back next week to celebrate a friend's birthday and intend to have it again. Always a very friendly atmosphere that is perfect for any gathering. Not to mention a very nice scenic drive to get there.

    I regularly met my friend here for appetizers and beer. Food is always consistently good. BartenderJim has been our server the last several times we have been there. Have had Heather as a server too. Both are great!
