Some of the signature dishes at Vaticano include the Bucatini Amatricina- Pasta with Chopped Bacon, Onions and Pecorino In Our Spiced Tomato Sauce- as well as the Pappardelle Vaticanus- Served with Mushrooms and Caramelized Onion In a Marsala Wine Sauce.
