Home made fabulous Italian food. Their desserts are to die for!!

We visited Hereford House on a Monday night and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The restaurant was nearly empty, which we expected on a Monday—but the vibe felt more closed-up than relaxed. The steak I ordered came out overcooked, which was disappointing, especially for a steakhouse. Toward the end of our meal, the staff turned off the music, which made it feel like they were trying to usher us out. Service was polite, but overall, the food and atmosphere didn’t live up to expectations.

Good food, great service on a very busy day. Easter Sunday lunch.

The architecture and decor is charming. The owner came over to our table and greeted us personally. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We can’t wait for the patio to open for the summer.

Lauren took great care of us. We had a wonderful time.
