Restaurants near Secrets Inn Lake Tahoe

The food and service were outstanding. I had the Miso-Yaki Chilean Sea Bass and my wife had the Rib Eye Steak. Both meals were excellent.

Charlotte, my server, was friendly. When I asked for a wine suggestion to go with the dish I ordered, she offered a tasting. It became an upsell and I was happy with my choice. Compliments to the Chef for the delicious Confit Rabbit Leg. It was perfectly tender for a gamy meat and had a balanced flavor. The only time I’ve eaten rabbit was in Rome, Italy, where I was disappointed by its saltiness. I’m glad I found a good Rabbit at Jimmy’s Restaurant that I can come back to enjoy.

Maggie’s is a crowd favorite and a MUST try. Every time i visit SLT, i HAVE to stop here. The staff is amazing, i love how dog friendly it is, and how beautiful the view is during the meal. Andrea our server was phenomenal, so sweet, and attentive. The food was magnificent, I ordered a breakfast meal (the short rib benedict which is to die for), while my friend ordered the crispy chicken sandwich lunch meal (and within one bite was in heaven). 100/10 would recommend!

Delicious large servings. Beautifully presented. Great service. Oh don’t forget the dessert❣️One side note: I want to address an opinion that was negative during 11/24 re: who was cooking in the kitchen of an Italian restaurant - so disturbing to hear that sort of Ignorance- I guess with those thoughts and beliefs it’s okay to abuse their first amendment right.

Can not recommend this place enough. The food was incredible, and the staff make you feel like family with hugs by the time you leave. They go above and beyond to make it a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. Try the shrimp and grits- still thinking about them. And don’t get me started on the cheese cake!
