Excellent service, very attentive and thoughtful staff as we had little kids. Food was delicious, very large portions and great drinks!

Dining at Alux Restaurant is like stepping into another world—but what truly made our evening unforgettable was the exceptional service from Alexis. From the moment we arrived, Alexis treated us like VIPs. He was warm, knowledgeable, and made every part of our dining experience feel personal and seamless. His recommendations were spot-on—from the cocktails to the main course to dessert. We could tell he was genuinely passionate about the food, the ambiance, and ensuring we had a magical night. And speaking of magic—this restaurant is located in a real cave. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, with candlelit pathways, natural rock formations, and soft lighting that creates the most unique, romantic atmosphere you’ll ever find. It feels like dining in an ancient, sacred space—paired with five-star cuisine and world-class service. We came for the ambiance but will return for the incredible experience, thanks to Alexis and the amazing team at Alux. 10 out of 5 stars—hands down one of the best dining moments we’ve ever had!

Excellent service and enough to return. Food is as close to authentic for a chain in PDC. Good adequate food but the exceptional service warrants another visit.
