Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire.
