Restaurants near Methodist Hospital of Chicago

As usual, we really liked the pastas. I had the pierogi which was really wonderful. For apps, we had the carrot one and the fritto misto. . both delicious! My friend had the angoletti and loved it and her husband had another pasta, I don't remember which. . .he thought it was too rich and too much sauce, but I tasted it and absolutely would order it next time (if I can remember which one it was!) Anyway, this is always a great place and it was absolutely full, so plenty of other people agree with me. PLEASE come out to the Deerfield Farmers Market again this year to sell your pasta! You were there two years ago and I made sure I got up in time to get the pasta every Saturday.

Our server, Blake, was incredible and knew the menu front and back. The service was great and the food was to die for. Definitely will be returning soon. Excellent music choices too.

We enjoyed the tasting menu. Portions are reasonable. The preparation is inventive and delicious. This was our third visit and we’ve never been disappointed. I follow a gluten-free diet and the staff always graciously helps with determining my options while the rest of my family can enjoy the wonderful pasta and bread available.
