Little loud for a business meeting. Maybe have an area that we could hear each other better.

The service and food was excellent! I can always depend on Ruth Chris to provide an outstanding meal.

Overall, had a great experience at the sugar factory in the Hard Rock casino, the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the security guards on the casino floor. They were very rude and would not let us go to the restaurant without getting extra verification that we had a table waiting for us, even though I showed them our reservation. 

Nice table, great service! All four in our party truly enjoyed their choices for dinner. Crab claws, gumbo, steak, shrimp and fish were all prepared correctly and had great taste! Wine and drinks were perfect. Great value!

There were issues with our table assignment and we waited a while before ever being tended to. The general manager actually ended up waiting on our table for more than half of the time before our waitress came. He def made up for it and was extremely kind and tentative. Food was delicious. Highly highly recommend Field’s. Pricy but so worth it.
