El Macello es un restaurante italiano rústico y de mercado/delicatessen ubicado en la zona de Warehouse (West Loop), y dispone de un amplio salón comedor con vigas de madera, paredes a cara vista y 2 hornos de leña. El menú ofrece una gran cantidad de pizza fina crujiente, así como linguini con marisco mixto en salsa de tomate cherry picante. El mercado inspirado en una carnicería, ubicado enfrente del Macello, ofrece carnes curadas, queso y comida de la región de Puglia, en el "tacón de la bota" de Italia. El nombre italiano de Macello corresponde a "matadero". El edificio donde se ubica albergaba un matadero en la década de 1920.
