Mita's, el 2º restaurante del aclamado chef José Salazar, lleva el nombre de su abuela colombiana, su "Mita". Este bonito restaurante, con capacidad para 130 comensales, ha sido diseñado por la firma MSA Architects. Se encuentra en el corazón del centro de Cincinnati, en la esquina de las calles Race y la 5ª, en la planta baja del edificio 84.51. El ambiente presenta una combinación de arquitectura limpia y moderna con inmensos ventanales de 7,6 metros, azulejos árabes coloridos, suelos de madera reciclada y tejidos acogedores.
