Joe's Shanghai selected the 59th Sky Restaurant Floor of the Ikebukuro Sunshine building as the stage to make its Japan debut, and after undergoing renovations in 2009 it opened its doors on December 18 that same year. Guests can dine on the freshest seafood available at Takewaka Ikebukuro in Tokyo, which has an attractive interior pool at the center of the room with a wrap-around counter.
