d.k Steak House es un restaurante hawaiano de carne de origen local especializado en carne añejada en seco. Es el primer establecimiento de O'ahu que dispone de una sala para añejar la carne en seco, de modo que resulta más dulce, completa y tierna y tiene un sabor más intenso. El restaurante solo utiliza carne de res de calidad USDA Prime, que no tiene hormonas, antibióticos ni esteroides, sino que es totalmente natural. Además, el proceso de doble parrilla permite la cocción a altas temperaturas, que sella los jugos y realza el sabor natural de la carne. Los comensales pueden disfrutar de guarniciones clásicas, y en el d.k Steak House también se ofrecen hermosas vistas a la puesta de sol y la playa de Waikiki.
