Restaurants near Greene Terrace Playground

Giorgio’s is a premiere Italian eatery, white-linen, fine dining, yet comfortable, simplistic, romantic, and the cuisine is excellent, and the service very attentive. I have dined at this establishment for more than 10 years, and although I am no longer a resident of South Orange, I continue to dine here whenever I’m feeling like Italian - one of the Best!

Always good food and service and huge portions always have leftovers to take home

We went there on a Saturday night with another couple. Our service was great and prompt. We had oysters (yum), Caesar salad (very meh), branzino, salmon and chicken Milanese which were all delicious. Our cosmos tasted like there wasn’t vodka in it and after sending back, they still were overpoweringly sweet. It was noisy and while the jazz musicians were talented, it only added to the loudness of the large venue. Better than a blasting speaker system though! Overall, I would recommend and hope they stay in business for a long time!

First time - great selection of cocktails and food. Cute ambiance. And they did something special for my boyfriends birthday. Katherine our server was great
