We went to celebrate my Fiancé’s birthday- it was our first time here. From the included Valet, to delish birthday treat with a candle, it was perfect and our new go-to for special occasions!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Eddie Merlot's on Saturday evening. This was a celebration of our joint birthdays, and we wanted to go to a restaurant that had a nice atmosphere as well as good food. I'm happy to say that EM did not disappoint! There were many options from which to choose, and the food was very good and well prepared. I selected the smaller filet mignon and the 2 sides of sweet potato casserole and tempura green beans, which also were delicious. The staff surprised us by bringing our desserts presented on a plate that had been decorated with a stenciled Happy Birthday in chocolate. Service was professional, courteous, and attentive. Our server Sean was top-notch! He made some excellent suggestions for our wine and entrees, and he checked on us regularly and at the appropriate times. It seems that there are few restaurants left in the Denver area where one can still enjoy a delicious meal and in an atmosphere that feels inviting and a bit sophisticated. Thankfully Eddie Merlot's still offers such a place. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our server was amazing. He was attentive , friendly and knowledgeable. Always love coming here. We also talked with the GM about the company. So good to hear how Ocean Prime cares about their employees.
