The Club Tavern and Grill was originally The Grantree Restaurant when three men from Conrad, Montana purchased it in 1985. The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages.     This was our first time at the Bitterroot Bistro. The Staff was wonderful! Braden and Kylie were both professional, friendly and attentive. We had the restaurant week special-the short ribs with fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. It's a very small restaurant but great! Kylie was also great about being aware that I was gluten free and offered gluten free bread and buns!

    Loved the variety of brunch options. Mine was delish - quinoa bowl with cauliflower and beets. Unusual and fantastic. Highly recommend. Enjoyed the vibe and service was good.

    I’ve been to Fieldings for dinner a few times, but this was my first time for lunch. The food was excellent (the menu has brunch and lunch options). The atmosphere is so lovely! And it wasn’t crowded at all. I love the 20% off locals discount. The staff were all super friendly and service was great! It might be my new favorite lunch spot.
