d.k Steak House es un restaurante hawaiano de carne de origen local especializado en carne añejada en seco. Es el primer establecimiento de O'ahu que dispone de una sala para añejar la carne en seco, de modo que resulta más dulce, completa y tierna y tiene un sabor más intenso.
