   The best top end restaurant we have visited on Canada's east coast. 25km outside Quebec in a domestic looking 1 story structure. Inside is comfortable but not luxurious. Waiting staff were delightful - attentive, friendly, informal, knowledgeable and very efficient. Food was creative and delicious - we had the 15 course menu - definitely not too little; not too much either. Wine pairing was also excellent. Definitely one of the best in Canada. If Michelin came here it would be a 2 star.

   Absolutely amazing food is an understatement at describing La Taniere. The food is magnificent and creative. The service is very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings. This is probably the best dinner we have ever had. If you can you must do the 20 course tasting menu with wine pairings. You will not be disappointed. Just a side note as we have eaten at Panache (4 diamond) and even L`Initiale (5 diamond) and although they were both amazing as well, La Taniere is just a cut above. It is still our favorite dinner of our Quebec City honeymoon!

   Outstanding! Extremely expensive (600$ for 2), but differs from any other kind of dining experience you may have known. Recommend only if you are completely open to being seduced & surprised when it comes to food. The service was awesome & plating was a work of art.

   Awesome restaurant but watch out; you don't have to be picky on food since you don't choose it! I personnaly didn't like the vegetables dessert but overall it was a great experience where I've been able to eat a lot of new things!

   One of the best dining experiences to be had in Quebec City. Well worth the drive out of the city. A delight for the palette, the eyes and the rest of the senses. The wine pairings are certainly worth the price. A rare culinary experience. Kudos to Asst Maître d' Kevin. Every delicious offering, food and wine, was well explained. Bravo.
