   Chef Zamora’s new menu is amazing!! So fortunate to have him in Santa Fe. Edgar’s (and bus person) service was spectacular. We were very well cared for. Thank you for a lovely evening

   We had a wonderful waiter-I wish I could remember his name-but all the waiters seemed lovely. I had scallops, my husband had chicken cordon bleu and both were WONDERFUL!!

   A delightful Easter dinner in this oh so beautiful setting made even more special by our attentive and friendly server Daniel. We’ll be back next Easter as we’ve been doing for quite a few years now.

   We arrived a bit early and the staff forgot about our waiting needing reminding prior to seating. Our server was very friendly but didn’t offer the specials we heard from other tables. Opting to focus on New Mexican cuisine I ordered the enchiladas with a filet. The enchiladas were excellent, the filet over cooked. Additionally, we ordered two Don Julio 70s as a birthday celebration. We were provided and charged for Don Julio 1942 which is significantly more money. Because it was a celebration dinner, and because I had already sent back my steak I opted to not say anything. It was a good meal, but make sure to double check your bill.

   We were a group of 7 new friends and were seated at an oval table which made conversation easier. Services was so friendly, attentive and efficient. Our server, Yazz, was so nice, friendly, joked with us and made our experience all the better. Food was of a fine quality and the menus selections w ere varied and price points were as well. The ambience at the LaFonda is very special, with beautiful artwork at every turn and architectural interests everywhere. I highly recommend for adults looking for an enjoyable evening out.
