   Sunday special is one of the best values in town. Prime rib was excellent.

   For a place thats been in business for decades, the reservation process is clearly broken. Standing room only wait, crowds by the bar and near diners…and this was for people with reservations. Food - very good, service attentive but rushed. Excellent martinis!

   We were excited to eat at Kreis steakhouse as it had been several years. The parking was limited. We had a reservation, however had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. We were seated at a table directly across from the kitchen, it was distracting and very noisy, busy with staff coming in and out. In my opinion there should not have been a table there, in retrospect I should have asked for a different table. The waiter was slow to get to our table and seemed rushed. He took our steak order and our steaks were not cooked to preference, I believe he got the order mixed up. The food was marginal and very pricey considering the quality. Overall, we were very disappointed in our dinner and the overall experience. We ate there on February 15 and it was very busy, the staff was friendly and the staff bussing the tables were the best. I wish I could have given a better rating but maybe the next time things will be different

   Matt was an excellent server. Food was great. We have plenty of food to take home. I would highly recommend this restaurant

   Great traditional elegance; foung downstairs fewls like entering a private club. Not rushed or ceowded, even on Valentine's night. Food is outstanding every time.

   as always Kreis' Steakhouse was amazing. we were seated quickly.our server Dale was amazing and a joy to have. the assistant wait staff keep our drinks topped and we're responsive to any of our needs. My Manhatten was so good, the prime rib was spot on, everything was fantastic. I would (and I have many times) highly recommend Kreis' for a date night

   Consistently the best place for steaks and prime rib, and consistently top-notch service staff. Comfortable and welcoming with an authentic old-world charm that's so hard to find. Great salads, and don't miss the asparagus!!!

    Our server, David, was absolutely great and very attentive. This was our first time at the establishment for our anniversary and it was not as good as we would have hoped. We started with salads, which were good, minus the Mayfair dressing lacking any sort of taste. We had ordered a New York Strip, a ribeye, and we chose two types of potatoes to accompany them. Both steaks, which both had compound butter, were tasteless even with that added. One was cooked medium and the other medium rare. We were disappointed that both of them lacked any kind of flavor to the actual meat. We aren’t opposed to spending 200-300 for a great meal, but I don’t think it was worth it at all. We like to try new places all the time, but unfortunately, this was lackluster and we won’t be returning. David, thank you for your hospitality!
