   We had a party of 16 and the waiter got everything perfect! The manager was so nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

   Great sushi and cocktails. A bit noisy but certainly not an issue. Would go again when in the area

   Food was seasoned. I had to request salt and pepper to Fix our dinner.

   We had a large group with us and they were accomodating as far as our time changes due to traffic - we were seated quickly but we probably should have had more than one waitress to help our group. We notified our waitress that we had to get to our next event within an hour and half after sitting down and it still look a long time to get our food - kitchen was apparently backed up even though the restaurant wasn't even half full. Our food finally came out and tasted fine so no complaints about that - drinks were also running behind and some second drinks that were requested came out around the same time as the bill. It was hard to get our waitress for additional requests because she was also serving other tables. Additionally, the restrooms were not clean and floors were extremely sticky - that is never a good thing! Not the best experience - probably wouldn't go back with a large group (13 people).

   Wait staff was HORRIBLE drinks were terrible. I think Applebee’s had better steaks! Feel like I was robbed!

   I was very underwhelmed there. My husband and I ordered multiple drinks before there was one we came across that was in stock. My sushi was lit on fire as part of the presentation but the entire meal then tasted like whatever they used to fuel the flame. It was a chemical taste that completely overwhelmed the taste of the food and made it not enjoyable. Our waitress wasn’t always present and when I tried ordering a non alcoholic drink because I’m pregnant and it was out of stock, she offered me the alcohol version instead.

   In the 25 minutes I was there I never received any service. I made a reservation as well.

   Very slow service also not well trained. It felt like everyone who worked there was new.

   Came to eat before a concert. Took forever to get a draft beer. Food took longer than 30 minutes. Ordered a “famous poke bowl”, only a few pieces of tiny tuna over greens, not exactly a poke bowl, burger was small and fries were limited and arrived cold. Water or napkins never brought to the table, nor were our drinks refilled. Overpriced meal. Not worth it! Poor service!

    I had been to this location in around 2014 and had a good experience. I've been to a location in San Antonio in 2025 and had a great experience. But a March 2025 trip to this Baltimore location was abysmal. There was no host for 15 minutes to seat any customers and there was a line of customers out the door: this was complete unnecessary as there were plenty of open tables. Second, it took us 30 mins to get drinks from the moment we ordered. The appetizers were smaller in size than the exact same menu item appetizers at the Texas location. The service was horrible, the staff were not into their jobs and don't care. The only saving grace was the main entrees, which were good. I will never eat here again and I don't recommend it to anyone. It's clear that this location, in the heart of Baltimore's touristy inner-harbor has grown lax in catering to tourists who don't know any better. But locals will know never to eat here. This is commercialized crap and the prices they charge for the portion sizes, quality, and service are unacceptable. AVOID at all costs.
