   Kettners was amazing, a real dining experience, and even a few celebrities in the bar. They dealt with our food allergies brilliantly and took great care of our disabled son. So 10/10 for Kettners. However Open table said it was a pre theatre deal of 20GBP for two courses. Kettners knew nothing of this so it was much more expensive than we had expected. I felt the dining experience was well worth the money, so paid, but open table need to up their game. And beware other customers.

   Lovely bar area to have a drink first and comfortable restaurant. Very nice menu -good choices and not too expensive . Will definitely go again.

   I honestly think this could be the best breakfast in London, fantastic coffee and juice, a wonderful well cooked full English, lots of other great options including vegan, excellent service. The aircon was a tiny bit cold but apart from that it was faultless. Will be back!

   Not quite what it used to be. Service really let us down - mixed up cocktail orders, staff seeming like they didn't know quite what to do, start and stop service. Food was OK - my main of halibut was barely warm and not that interesting and swimming in a pool of sauce/gravy. Overall just doesn't have the same ambience or level of service it used to.

   I requested a quiet table in a corner as one of my party has a hearing impediment and we were plonked to right in the middle of the dinning room with all the sound travelling in from the lounge area too ! Could n't hear very much other than background chatter. Plus automatic service charge which I did n't notice until after I had paid.

   Overall: Low food quality, questionable recipes, drab interior with a brave smile. The decor is colloquial meets French …. 30 years ago. Great service from our waitress. The Maitre D’ was also the barman! We only discovered this on leaving. I sent my first drink back because my first drink was far too strong! … I ordered something else but didn’t have the heart to send that back also. The oysters were fresh and very good! Our starters, spring onions in chilli 🌶 & croquettes both tasted very greasy and I’m of the opinion the oil had not been changed recently! Mains 🤦🏻‍♂️….. the beef £28 (Sunday) was okay! It was too cold for my taste and a poor cut of meat. Not worth the money in any way compared to some of the local alternative restaurants. The pork shoulder £26 (with chickpeas coleslaw), what an abomination of a dish! Think kebab on a night out, on a plate and you won’t go far wrong.
