Kettner’s Townhouse is a restaurant and Champagne Bar with 33 bedrooms, in a historic Georgian building in London’s Soho.

Established in 1867 by Auguste Kettner, Kettner’s was one of the first restaurants in London to serve French food. The French restaurant at Kettner’s Townhouse has a menu inspired by the history of the building, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, using locally sourced ingredients from the UK.

Excellent location in the heart of Soho Round the corner from world famous Ronnie Scott’s jazz venue Very friendly and helpful staff who let us come back to finish our wine after the jazz Quite a funky lively vibe Cetainly will come back again if going to Ronnies

There is always a warm welcome at Kettner’s and having dined here since the early 1990s the familiarity and history of the restaurant and building guarantee a cosy and relaxing dining experience.

this was an early dinner pre Ronnie Scotts. Being 6pm we had the dining room to ourselves. The food was excellent and the service too. The waiter extremely helpful - he doubled as sommelier and made a very good recommendation.

Lovely team and service and ambience, and one of those places in London still with great food in my humble opinion! We had the best pie in the world and a fabulous birthday evening. Thank you!

Our food & waitress were excellent Disappointed the champagne bar wasn’t open - a friend was over from Paris and we were having a 30 year reunion of our nights in the champagne bar in Kettners - it said “private event” but nothing appeared to be happening in there - such a shame - but still a great night
