   The prices were way too high - the house wine is $16 for a 5ounce glass - and they were out of house wine and $20+ seemed to high for a 5 ounce glass. The beer on tap was flat. The menu was limited...nothing really ecited us. Both dinners were likely the worst dinners out either of us have ever had. I recently returned from a week of self-catered dining on a ski touring trip - every dinner was at least 10 times better than this dinner at the Juniper. We opted to enjoy dessert at home - we couldn't face further disappointment.

Our Happy Hour features a selection of items, while our full menu provides a wider range of choices. Running out of house wine and serving flat beer is highly unusual and not the standard we strive for.    We went to Juniper Bistro in Banff with friends to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and it was an excellent experience. The food was delicious, and the service was great. I had a grilled portobello burger with a fresh salad, and I loved it. My friend enjoyed modern-style huevos rancheros, her partner chose a traditional dish, and my husband had poached eggs with meat—everything was amazing. The coffee was also very good. Definitely a place to return to!

   We had a wonderful dinner at the Juniper, we shared king mushroom scallops, winter salad with goat cheese, smashed whipped potatoes, and the salmon roulade. All were delish, and the service was excellent! First time for us, won't be the last!

   Great food and great service topped with a beautiful view! Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. We enjoyed being introduced to the haskap berry both in the mocktails and in the cobbler. We will definitely eat here again next time we are in Banff.

   Nice location, great view. Nice place to come after dropping kids off skiing to hang out for a few hours and eat som good food. Breakfast offerings aren’t extensive but provide enough selection for all tastes
