Jose Muldoon’s is one of our favorite places to go. The food is delicious. I usually get a braised beef chimichanga… wow. The service is great and very attentive.

This is the first time I've been back to Jose Muldoon in about 40 years. It was just as good today as it was 40 years ago! Very clean wonderful service excellent food.

We used to live in Colorado Springs and this was our favorite place to eat in the downtown area. Now that we no longer live there we make this our stop when we are in town. The food is still great and we love eating on the back patio. Service is always quick so we know we will not be rushed if we are going to a show nearby. It is nice to come back and know that this restaurant is still the same.

Drinks never went empty, food was piping hot out of the kitchen AND tasted amazing. Highly recommend, especially after a hike!

We went for mother's day, 4 people in a booth in the family dining section. We had chips, salsa, and water in less than 3 minutes, and our server (Giovanna) took our app and booze orders in less than 5 minutes. We had our drinks and queso (which was delicious) quickly. The main courses were hot and tasty and came out in 10-15 minutes. Turns out it was happy hour so the value was awesome. Even if it wasn't happy hour, the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is fun, and service was excellent. We got tacos, nachos, and chili rellenos, everything was delicious and the lime rice and beans tasted fresh. Highly recommend.
