Most opulent and elegant buffet I have ever experienced. Food and service were superb and Crystal Ballroom is beautiful. So nice to know this wonderful historic Louisville hotel is still being enjoyed by so many. At the top of my list”must do” list of recommended experiences.

Brunch for Easter was in the Crystal Ballroom which was very nice. The Easter bunny was there walking around for photos and there was a piano player. Tasty food and good service.

The Brown never fails to be charming with really good food. We were initially seated next to a very loud piano, but the staff quickly accommodated our request to move. Enjoyable after that.

The "hot brown" is absolutely delicious and a must try; however, all of the other food was just okay. Nothing special. The service was extremely slow. While the atmosphere is supposed to be classic, it could use a little refresh.

Went there for the Kentucky Hot Brown and Derby pie. They were both outstanding. The turkey on the Hot Brown was moist, tender and flaky. Service was outstanding as well. Had a great time.

Our favorite brunch spot! Food is always terrific and the service is exceptional. Our server today was Lydia. She was so friendly and efficient… our glasses were never empty and our plates were removed as soon as they were emptied. We always get excellent service; but Lydia treated us as if we were her only customers. Hope to have her on our next visit!

The Hot Brown was outstanding, and the wide variety of food items in the brunch buffet were absolutely delicious. Jamelia was our server, and she was an A+++!
