   The food and service were great - very good! Wish it was more affordable, would go there a lot more often. Dinner for 3 with tip cost nearly $700.

   We had a lovely Easter dinner and enjoyed the prix fix menus. They were priced fairly for the meal. The lobster tails were small but the meat came out cooked properly and tender. The sides were good but we were not blown away. The staff was pleasant and waiter was efficient. The ambiance was lively and loud. We had to project our voices at the table in order to hear eachother. All in all it was nice experience.

   From the moment we were seated at Insignia, Alex set the tone for what became an unforgettable dining experience. Attentive without being intrusive, genuinely warm, and effortlessly professional—Alex was the kind of server who elevates the entire evening. He anticipated our needs before we even realized them, offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy, and handled every detail with care and polish. Whether it was explaining the intricacies of the wine list or ensuring our steaks were cooked to perfection, Alex’s service was flawless. What truly set him apart was his authenticity—he clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows. Insignia is already known for its top-tier food, but service like Alex’s is what brings people back. Five stars isn’t enough—Alex deserves a category of his own.

   Food was very good to excellent, service helpful and attentive. My friend and I both thought our steaks were overly salty and they made us new ones without fuss. Bone-in sirloins almost as good as rib eyes. Unfortunately Our table was near the bar, in the tented section and the noise was unmanageable for most of the meal. For two mature women who wanted to “catch up” With each other, it was exhausting and a definite deal breaker.
