   We had a lovely evening and greatly enjoyed the steak and the sea bass. The staff were friendly and the service was good.

   Third time here and the food never disappoints. Wine list has shrunk a bit but still had an excellent Chianti. Cant wait to make it back!

   Excellent service, staff were attentive and very friendly. Food was amazing and served swiftly .

   I had an extremely disappointing experience at Il Bianco. From the moment I arrived, the service was unwelcoming and inattentive. Despite attempting to engage with the staff, I was met with indifference and, at times, outright rudeness. What was most concerning, however, was the clear bias in how customers were treated. It was evident that some guests received preferential treatment, while others, including myself, were disregarded. This level of discrimination is completely unacceptable in any establishment. To make matters worse, the food was of poor quality—bland, poorly prepared, and not worth the price. Given the combination of subpar service, disrespectful treatment, and disappointing food, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I hope management takes serious steps to address these issues, as no customer should have to experience such treatment.

   The food was amazing, the waiting time was short. Incredible portions, amazing waiter. Thank you for your service. Easy location, you can’t get lost.

   We were visiting the O2 so staying in a hotel nearby. Found this restaurant via Google. Pre booked for an early dinner before heading to the show. It was a Tuesday at 4.30 so early evening. Not surprised that there were only two other tables eating. We had a warm welcome from all staff. Fabulous menu. My son had pizza, my husband chose seafood pasta and I had red pepper ravioli. All meals were superb. Massive pizza!! Good portion sizes. Really tasty, couldn’t be faulted. Really enjoyable meal prior to our evening out and even thought it was quiet there was still a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go back if staying in thst area again.

   Food is bland and not made out of good fresh produce. Waiter forgot to bring me drink ordered.

   Extremely good portions and freshly prepared authentic Italian cuisine. Friendly young staff and quick service especially during Monday evening. My best local Italian.
