Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name.

However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one.

Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees.

In the front of the house, you will be welcomed by a variety of seating options, including cozy round booths, large and small tables, high-top bar tables, and communal tables where you can spread out and make new friends.

Whole experience was just odd. Seemed very understaffed with multiple tables waiting for service. Got a bread basket with 3 small slices flopped over like it was another tables bread they didn’t eat or want. Middle of eating our waitress came over and asked if we wanted boxes to go with a lot of food left on our plates no where near to being done - felt as if we were being pushed to leave. Wasn’t offered dessert or anything after table being cleared. Very weird experience.

Wonderful time at Bellagio’s, as always. We are greeted BEFORE we even enter the restaurant. The ambiance and atmosphere are absolutely divine. I recommend this restaurant for big groups, as they perfectly accommodate for that! There is a bar, large Italian selection and an authentic pizza kitchen. Food is portioned very well and the dessert is outstanding!

The food was wonderful the service top shelf, but the prices I thought were a little on the high side. I had a pasta dish and it was waiting for the waiter to ask me what kind of salad dressing I’d like on my salad and all I got was a pasta dish no salad and a couple of slices of bread don’t get me wrong. The food was wonderful. My friend had a chicken dish and that was wonderful, but that’s all you got. I got the money was a little high for what you got.

I was able to make a reservation on line Easter Sunday but when I tried to make a reservation by phone, the employee advised me that she could not make a reservation beyond 6:00 PM. I explained that I wanted a 5:30 reservation, and she did not reply. I told her that her answer made no sense, and she had no reply. She just mumbled something and seemed distracted by something else. The food was good and the service was generally good, but kitchen workers were trying to clear away our plates way too quickly, then one employee took the oil and balsamic off our table to give to another table. That confused me. There was no salt or pepper on our table. We were served bread upon request but only enough butter for one or two pieces of bread. We were literally served two small slivers of butter in a dish. I have been to this restaurant many times, all good experiences, but they seemed to be cutting corners today. The waitress was nice and attentive. When we first checked in, the two hostesses were friendly enough but not engaging. The food was good. The value was good. The atmosphere was nice. It was easy to make a reservation ON LINE.
