For us, Hamburg is located between California and Japan. Influences from both kitchens come into their own. They can be tasted and combined again and again. This culinary center of always fresh ingredients of the highest quality is the philosophy of our restaurant. The HENSSLER HENSSLER offers a daily changing lunch menu, a 5-course dinner menu, outstanding sushi, sashimi and tempura as well as the classic steak and always new fish dishes. Homemade desserts complement the menu.

    Wir kommen aus Heidelberg und immer wenn wir in Hamburg sind, ist ein Besuch hier Pflicht. Im Restaurant ist das Team durchgehend sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Schon am Eingang, wenn die Mäntel und Jacken abgenommen werden ist dies spürbar. Auch Herr Henssler, der die Gäste selbst begrüßt hat, war sehr freundlich! Das Essen war klasse und es war ein wunderschöner Abend. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

    Immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Wir kommen schon seit 15 Jahren die Osterfeiertage nach Hamburg. Die Einkehr bei Henssler ist ein absolutes Muß und wir sind noch nie enttäuscht worden.

    Das Restaurant hat Hallencharakter mit einem hohen Geräuschpegel. Das Personal war distanziert und teilweise unaufmerksam, schon fast etwas stumpf. Das Sushi hat gut geschmeckt, war aber nichts besonderes. Wir waren hier mit anderen Erwartungen her gekommen.
