   We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Hemenways made us feel special from the moment we walked through the door. We had a beautiful winfow seat overlooking the river and rose petals on the table. Our waitress was charming, even more so when we found out we had mutual friend connections. Siobhan was wonderful and catered to our every need. The food was incredible, so full of flavor and presented with flair. Then, to top off a wonderful experience, we were given complimentary desserts. A memorable occasion made special by Hemenways. Thank you so much, one and all.

   We had a later reservation but tried to squeeze in early... there were two seats available for us at the bar so we enjoyed drinks, apps, and dinner at the bar. As always the food was fabulous, the drink pours were good, and the wait staff behind the bar were friendly and attentive. Additionally the greeting staff did ck with us at the bar when our reservation time arrived to verify if we wanted to move to a table or not. Would and by the way, have, recommend(ed), to others - truly one of our favorite spots in Providence. Yes it is a bit expensive -

   My wife and had Easter dinner at Hemenway’s and it was excellent all around. The oysters, a selection of four different ones, were delicious as was the tuna tartare. For entrees we had scallops and tuna steak which were cooked to perfection. Our meal was made all the more enjoyable by Bridget our waitress who sincerely cared about our dining experience!

   Our server, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable about the menu, helpful, and professional. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a grand time!

   What a lovely Easter dinner I had this afternoon with my son. Our waiter, Diego, was very solicitous and attentive. We each had the mussels appetizer, which was served with a delicious broth with a little kick and two large chunks of butter-infused bread which was divine. My son had the swordfish entree and I had the paella. Both were amazing and tasty. I didn’t finish my dinner as I was looking forward to dessert. I had key lime pie and my son, the cheesecake. We had a comfortable window seat looking over the park at the side of the restaurant. What a great meal and what a great place!

    Everything was wonderful. The waiter was delightful. The food was delicious. The view was pretty, too.
