   Food was great. Drinks were subpar. Busboy was very rude, trying to clear table before we were done eating, which I didn’t understand or appreciate.

   Great brunch for Easter. We had a super waiter who was very attentive to us while he had several tables to cover. Will definitely go there again for brunch

   Enjoyed our brunch at Haven, food was flavorful and we had a great waiter! Unfortunately every time I dine here lately we seem to get one of the worst tables in the restaurant, not sure if it’s due to booking on OpenTable but it’s frustrating as we have been dining here for over ten years. Overall we usually have a good experience here but you might want to call ahead and request a good table!

   Love Haven, but the food has dropped off a bit. Ambience is always solid and service is tops. Need to be a bit more consistent as it once was, but still good overall.

   We are retired and eat lunch daily typically at many of the Va highland/morningside restaurants and always have a great time. We chose to try Haven today and sat at the bar for a late lunch. The male bartender (and manager with him?) spent most of the time talking with the other 4 males at the bar and tended to ignore us (we are females). We had to ask 4 separate times for something (and the bar/restaurant was not busy). We felt like we were not welcomed at this restaurant. We have never had such an issue at any other restaurant (and we eat out daily) and we will not be back.

   It's highly unusual here, but today was not a good experience from what has been one of our go-to's. From undercooked fish to overwhelmed and inexperienced staff members, we left highly disappointed by one of our regular brunch spots.
