    Guardinare on prime rib sandwich was way to HOT . Otherwise everything else was perfect.

    We ordered salad with our meal, but the waiter forgot and brought our dinner-so we asked that they cancel the salad and remove it from the bill which they did!

    This was inside a hotel & clearly they were understaffed as one server was waiting on all of us. He didn’t greet us at all. Just asked if we wanted the buffet, which I did not. I never received lemons for my water. My omelette was great. My friend got the buffet & it was so so. It was my first time in Chicago & this Chicago staple underwhelmed at best. I’ll give another freestanding location a try, but not this one.

    We usually love Harry Carry's but our waiter was not that great, and was very slow with our service as well. We never got a side dish that we ordered, and we didn't have time for dessert because our waiter took so long to return to our table. It was a little disappointing this time around.
