    Always good to 3at at hard rock cafe, no matter where. Nachos as starter is a must, awesome. We get hamburger, amazing.

    Poor service from start to finish. Employee walks away during our «check-in» and don’t return. They don’t do anything about “birthday” stateed in booking. Server barely talked to us. More or less slams desserts on the table and runs away without saying a word. Hard Rock is not like it was

    Hard Rock is a very good restaurante. It's outstanding by its music and ambience. Its burgers are also awesome. I recommend this restaurant 💪👏👋

    Wij zijn echte hard rock café fans en overal in de wereld waar kan gaan we naar toe. Maar wat we hier ook weer merkte zook in oa Milaan Italy is dat hard rock z’n beste tijd heeft gehad . Inrichting is verouderd. Stoelen zijn best wankel…. Het restaurant was best wat leeg terwijl ik niet meer 3 personen erbij kon boeken 😳 ( vrienden wilde mee en probeerde al paar dgn tevoren m’n online reservering aan te passen …. Gister ter plekke was minimaal de helft leeg….. personeel zegt alleen snel oké of alles goed en loopt door dan de contact vroeger … duidelijk voor de tip want druk had ze het niet…. Maakte veel fouten qua bestelling opnemen etc ook bij andere tafels ….. De nachos schotel was oké maar ook niet meer zoals vroeger / altijd …. Andere nachos, kleinere portie etc Burger was oké maar niet meer zoals altijd Wc ruimtes roken een beetje en waren ook aan vernieuwing toe …. In Europa zijn er geen hardrock hotels meer i overname door ander groot bedrijf . Ibiza gaat z’n laatste seizoen in komend jaar …. De cafés zijn dus echt afgenomen in kwaliteit etc Het was nu dus weer oké maar wel aan de onderrand en zullen deze week niet meer gaan…. Jammerrrrr want was altijd zo leuk
