   Booked a table with ease was really excited to celebrate my sisters birthday as we do every year. This time i encountered an obnoxious overly aggressive member of staff (bald head with tattoos). His mannerisms leave much to be desired and I have to question how he deals with members of public on a day to day. We ate we enjoyed our food but his behaviour is the reason I will not dine in that restaurant again.

   Seriously delicious food, but patchy (albeit very friendly) service. Prices hiked quite a bit since re-opening I think, which was a bit disappointing, but perhaps that'll be the new 'normal', at least for the foreseeable future. Time to get hard-copy menus back, please... the QR code menus are a pain... poor connectivity downstairs and a palava to connect to the Hakkasan Wi-Fi (have to sign in, give your details, etc etc (which is frustrating when all you want to do is choose a cocktail!!).

   Fabulous fabulous fabulous! Our favourite date night meal of 2021. We had the most gorgeous welcome at Hakkasan. Delicious dishes leaving us excited about the next visit.

   Wanted to come here for a while, the staff are absolutely great but wearing masks made I’d difficult to hear with the music but these are the days we live in so not a problem. I would go back just to eat the duck with black truffle sauce, outstanding! The supreme dim sum were too pretty to eat but we did!! Totally recommend the 5 mini deserts, the spiky lemon one and the strawberry are to die for. We will return.

   Food was amazing as always the duck salad is a everyone must. The service is a big let down though takes hours to get your bill then takes even longer for the card machine

   We have eaten here for Dim sum Sunday many many times, on this occasion I felt it wasn’t as great as it used to be, the menu has changed and doesn’t seem as good value for money, less dim sum no after dinner drink and quite a bland prawn main course. That said the staff are always outstanding and I still absolutely love this restaurant plus I am prepared to give all restaurants some slack at this difficult time, would still most definitely return.

   I was very excited about eating at Hakkasan, and it was long anticipated, and a treat for us. We arrived and it was a beautiful space, very dark with spot lighting on the tables and accents of blue light. The service was friendly and efficient, although despite us ordering our 3 courses quickly, the mains took a while to come out and were staggered, so my partners fish came out 10 mins before my main. He waited for mine to come and so his was cold by the time he ate it. The dim sum was delicious, but my crispy chicken tasted little better than KFC, and my plum pudding was tasteless. When pudding arrived, we were told we had gone over our allotted 2 hours, and they would hold the table for us for a further 15 mins. So we felt very rushed at the end. This is a pricy restaurant and I left with a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately.
