    Service was not the best. Our server had tooooo many tables to be attentive Waited for drink refills way too long. He passed our table several times to go to other tables before he came back with drinks. Then we got a new server in the middle of dinner. However the food was good

    Chicken tortilla soup was delicious, Italian chopped salad was just ok, kind of skimpy. Flatbread was tasty, I’d get it again

    Once again, excellent service and fantastic food. We went during happy hour and ordered some of the appetizers. Huge portions and quite tasty.

    This was my 3rd attempt here. First 2 times we didn’t stay. Service is not good here at all. We waited at least 10 min for drinks and almost 30 min for 3 chicken breasts. Check took forever to get as the bar area filled up with only one server who was also making his own drinks. Food was very good though. Except the sweet potato fries. 0/10 would recommend those. 10/10 recommend the mediterranean chicken dish!

    Very mediocre, especially for the price. Nothing I would go back for. Service personnel very scarce. Went for a special birthday breakfast. Not impressed.

    Let’s start the table was ready per my reservation. We order drinks and everyone’s but mine came before dinner. I actually had to ask if mine was coming. We ended up ordering appetizers, which came out with out dinner. So I forget, mine never did come out. Yes I know all the negatives of this experience seem to be directed at myself. Strange by yes. I almost never complain on out an experience. I understand there are circumstances that go into effect. Here it is. The food was very good. Atmosphere was very loud at 7:00. I will be definitely not be recommending this place.

    I have been a regular customer to Granite City for over a decade. It is a nice date night restaurant. The servers are always polite and it wasn't too long of a wait for our food. I never had a problem there.
