   Food and service were great! Seating was cramped price was crazy, but what I would expect for Vegas!

   The food was outstanding. It tasted great and the presentation was great too! The service was outstanding and contributed greatly to the evening!

   So a lot of positives to GRS. Food quality is superb. Our server, Jonathon, was a true professional. Not only with our 4 top but also with the other tables I watched him take care of. People will return to Gordon Ramsey Steak because he made them feel special. The beef tartare is sublime with high quality beef mixed to perfection then topped with a shredded Manchego cheese that truly added to the dish's complexity. Beef Wellington perfectly done. The salmon & flank steak were also expertly prepared. The only negative was the "Disneyland digits" for pricing. Cocktails start @ $24 & everything else was priced accordingly. The sticky toffee pudding cake was solid but not spectacular. That being said we were celebrating my wife's birthday & I wasn't trying to save money! We wanted a fabulous experience & we received just that!

   Enjoyed a Michelin chef prefix menu night before which was a 10! Maybe that’s why this experience didn’t blow us away. Everyone was very friendly. Had the chef menu with wine pairing. Champagne seemed flat/day-old (no bubbles) once poured. First 3 courses were all very good but also fairly spicey. Beef Wellington was great and dessert was the best (bread pudding). Enjoyed…but wouldn’t highly recommend.

   Second visit and it was disappointing compared to the first. Restaurant empty they sat us directly next to another table…close enough to hear conversations. Beef Wellington was marginal this time. I had bragged to my guest and the dinner fell short.

   First time visiting a Ramsay restaurant, for all of the shows of his I've watched, I was a little disappointed by the food. The servers were great, the price is what I expected, the food was disappointing for me, but my wife said hers was great..I had the 34oz porterhouse and it tasted like charcoal from the burnt edges..not much seasoning..my wife has 8oz filet.. as much as it pains me to say it, I've had better steaks at longhorn and Ruth's Chris...

   Had a nice dinner. Apps were better than the steaks. Don’t see ourselves returning a second time.
