   Simply excellent. Don't miss the truffle mac & cheese. Lakes region ribeye - perfect. British filets - perfect. Tiramisu - perfect. Nice cocktails (enjoyed the Sazerac), reasonable wine selections (had the French Meritage), fine port. Truly a decent value for under 70£ pp. My wife said it all: one of the best meals she has enjoyed.

   Our family was in London over Thanksgiving and decided to book Goodman's from looking at others reviews. It did not disappoint! Fabulous food and great service! It was a little loud for conversation but we would chose it again.

   I have visited Goomans's a number of times over the past few years and I am never disappointed in the food and service. The food is superior quality and the preparation is unsurpassed. It was explained to me why Goodman's was FORCED to take Foie Gras of their menu....yet another example of governmental interference. My only criticism would be the noise level....and I think a careful look at an acoustics remedy might resolve this issue. Once again, I highly recommend Goodmans! D. Price

   It was an amazing experience here. The food was excellent but for sure a place I would only go for a special occasion.

   Busy busy busy and they certainly jam you in. We were sat in the back room and it all felt a little cramped and boisterous. Especially given the table of 9 businessmen enjoying a ''deal closing '' lunch next to us. Service was solid if not a little overly obsequious. The quality of steak wasn't it's usual high standard and both the chips (cold) and the creamed spinach (cold) were a let down. if was going to return I'd discover where they are going to sit me first.

   I was in London with my wife for a short trip and looking forward to having a hearty robust steak dinner. Goodman was a perfect pick. We had fillet and rib eye which were both cooked to perfection. Side dishes were almost better than the steaks. I would go again just for their truffle chips. Elie our hostess was amazing and just added to an overall great dinner experience.

   I took my friend here for a 30th birthday meal. We are both big fans of steak so I wanted to go somewhere I could be sure the food quality would be good as it was a special occasion. We shared a 800g porterhouse steak which didn't disappoint! Cooked perfectly (medium rare) and nicely charred for extra flavour. We shared three sides between us, all of which were a good size. This was paired with a bottle of Malbec. The waiter was attentive (without being overbearing) and clearly very knowledgeable. As it was a birthday they decorated a dessert and took the price off the bill which was a nice touch. Overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience and I would recommend to anyone who appreciates a good steak.
