The former owners of the Venezia Bar & Grill and Café Venezia, Benito and Hilda Gamba, have combined their efforts into the Gamba Ristorante. Located in Merrillville, this restaurant is housed in an architectural masterpiece, which is hard to miss with its circular design and copper roof. Modeled after upscale restaurants in exotic European locations, the menu offers classic Italian cuisine. The wine room boasts storage space for 1,000 bottles.     I can’t say enough good things about this place. Worth every penny. The spread of food was not only delicious but of great quality. The service was superb as well.

    Absolutely love this place from the moment you walk in the ambience is amazing. The staff is very attentive and professional, and the food is phenomenal. Thank you team for taking good care of us that night!

    We were celebrating our 44th anniversary and had a wonderful time yesterday evening at Gamba. Our waiter, Joe was great at giving us time, never feeling rushed and us being able to enjoy our special evening. Joe made excellent recommendations I enjoyed the ravioli and the ahi tuna salad was so yummy. The food was superb, delicious. Gamba is a wonderful restaurant to go for a celebration or just for a night out. This was our third or fourth time to Gamba and never disappointed and worth the price. We will be back soon. Thank you for a great evening.

    Thursday Night Happy Hour! (Or Anytime Hour) Must visit to enjoy the Happy Hour menus or choose entrées from the dinner menu! This restaurant has never disappointed us! This is a weekly go-to! Come visit with the outstanding mixologist/bar tenders for your favorite cocktails!

    Every time we dine here it is amazing!!! The food is always on point, the drinks are fabulous, the wait staff is awesome. The owner is always kind & accommodating. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone I know.
